Vegetables and salads 🥗

   Hello!!, so im writting this blog to tell you about vegetables but mostly salads!!. So in this blog ill tell you about the items/vegetables that are in a salad, compositions of a salad, the advantages of eating salads and disadvatages! So yeah thats it read this blog carefully okay! Because this blog can help you maybe in the future :3    So, first off items that are in a salad...  Greens (Base): Lettuce (romaine, iceberg, butterhead), Spinach, Kale, Arugula, Mixed salad greens  for me i really like broccoli in my salads but thats an option !!  Vegetables: Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Bell peppers, Onions (red, white, or green), Carrots, Radishes, Corn. These vegetables are additions to your greens! These are optional if you dont really like them.   And thats it for items/vegetables for a salad next are the compositions of a vegetable salad and other nutrition options such as protein, salad dressing, fruits ( for a fruit salad ).
